General Function The Store Manager is an on‑floor leader who oversees all store functions, coaching, developing, and inspiring the team to deliver the Sunglass Hut Experience. The Store Manager creates an environment where every associate serves as a true brand ambassador, drives sales, and maintains high brand standards. Major Duties & Responsibilities Utilize the Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently meet sales plans and company objectives. Develop the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results. Drive sales by identifying opportunities to reach both personal and store goals. Lead by example, coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team. Recruit, hire, and train staff using onboarding tools. Inspire team growth through individual development plans. Create an inspirational work environment that reflects brand integrity. Foster an emotional connection within the store team to translate into sales. Spend 100% of time present on the sales floor. Maintain operational policies, procedures, and brand standards. Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior leadership experience of 2+ years. Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations. Detail‑oriented and uses critical thinking to execute operational components. Preferred Qualifications Customer service and/or retail experience. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $22.90 - $34.69 per hour. In addition, you may receive a competitive bonus and/or commission plan and benefits such as health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
