We are looking for a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist who is warm, welcoming, professional, and organized. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is essential in creating a positive and respectful experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office. Many of our clients come to us during stressful times, so we are seeking someone who is friendly, patient, and committed to excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Assist with client intake and administrative tasks Process and distribute incoming mail and deliveries Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, including break room stock Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area at all times Keep the main copy area stocked with paper and free of clutter Conduct weekly follow-ups with leads to support client intake efforts Serve as a backup to the billing department when needed Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience as a receptionist or in a client-facing role preferred Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Additional Information Full-time position Hybrid work schedule (one remote day per week after training) *This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple tasks and phone lines at once, and remains calm and professional under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr Quintana & Barajas, PLLC
