Job Description

Garden Center / Landscape Laborer


Schedule: Monday-Friday
Typical Hours: Approximately 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, with some variation depending on the day and workload.
First Day: New employees may begin at 8:00 AM.
Saturday Work: Optional part-time Saturdays may be available during busy months.


Job Responsibilities


Plant trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials


Mulch and clean up garden beds and surrounding areas


Load and unload trucks


Maintain a clean and organized work area


Clean up at the end of each workday


Perform general maintenance around the Garden Center


Assist with various outdoor and landscaping tasks as needed


Tools & Equipment: All necessary tools and equipment are provided.


Ideal Candidate: Reliable, hardworking, comfortable working outdoors, and able to perform physical labor including lifting, loading, unloading, planting, and general cleanup.
